To find out the preference of the customer the companies would gathering all the data that they got through subscription, sign-up and social media. Very big data then gathered and analysed by various category such as age range, gender, education background and location. The result then would give the most products and services needed the most by the customers. Regardless the advancement development of AI. It has not reached the peaks yet. This unknown development made the scientist worried that it would take over the jobs of human. There are some negative impacts that have humanity would face in a long term such as inequality, socio economic and unemployment (Hussein, 2018). This issue would grow into a larger scale to the point where it would change the way of human life.
